Returns & Exchanges
At VLF we inspect all of our lovely garments thoroughly prior to dispatch and will place a sticker on the packaging advising that garment was checked by VLF and is OK to be shipped to you!
However we do advise that customers check garments upon delivery and before removing any attached tags and disposing of the original packaging.

At VLF we take pride in hand-picking frocks that are fabulous for you and guarantee you will love-thy-frock each time you make that special purchase!
If however you are not satisfied with your frock, we will refund all monies (excluding shipping) if the item is returned to us in its original condition and as per our returns policy below. No questions asked!

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 6-hours of placing your order before it is dispatched.
We will then refund all monies to the original purchaser's credit card including shipping charges if the order has not been shipped.

This applies to both local and international customers.
Your satisfaction is paramount to VivaLaFrock.com.au. If for what ever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns on the following conditions:
Notify us by email or phone before sending the product back to us.
All items must be in 100% new condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Returns must be received within seven business (7) days from the date of original delivery.
All returned items must be well packaged as we will not accept any returns that have been damaged through transit.
Item is sent back to us via Registered Post so we can track it during transit.
Return postage cost is the responsibility of the sender except in the case where the wrong order has been fulfilled or the garment was faulty, and in this instance we will cover the postage costs of returning the item and also resending the correct order back to you.
A few exceptions
Returned items that have been worn, damaged, or altered from the original condition will be returned to the customer and no refund or exchange will be issued.
We take no responsibility in the event of a faulty garment when special care instructions were not followed.
We do not provide refunds on sale items; a store credit note is issued and is valid for 12-months and will expire on the 1st Anniversary. We do not give refunds on items that are purchased using a cedit note.
Products that are purchased with a discount of 20% off and above are classified as on-sale and are non-refundable. You will be issued with a store credit note. Please choose carefully. No returns on special orders and discounts of 40% and above. Exchanges for sizing only if it is in stock._____________________________________________________________________________
Refunds
All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card including GST for all Australian shipments excluding shipping charges within 14 working days. With the exception of purchases made with a discount of 20% and above and those exceptions listed above.
For International customers duties, sales taxes and shipping costs are non-refundable for shipments outside Australia.
Alternatively, you can request an online store credit that can be used against future purchases at VivaLaFrock.com.au.
Please note store credits are valid for one year from the date of issue and will expire on the first anniversary of this date.

Exchanges
For local customers (within Australia) we will not charge a re-delivery fee for exchanging sizes. You may make one exchange of size only for each garment. Any additional exchanges for size will incur re-delivery fees of eight (8) Australia dollars per garment.
Local customers (within Australia) will be charged a delivery fee for exchanges of style or colour due to a change in mind.
International customers: A re-delivery fee will be charged for international customers except in the case where the wrong order was shipped or if the garment was faulty.
Credit Notes will be issued once garment is returned, and can be used for future purchases on the website and are valid for one year from the date of issue and will expire on the first anniversary of this date.

SALE ITEMS
We will exchange on sale items or alternatively a credit note can be requested.
Items purchased using a discount of 20% above are classified as SALE items.

ACCESSORIESWe do no return/exchange accessory items due to their delicate nature. All accessories are hand-crafted and carefully packaged for delivery. Accessories are well inspected prior to despatch.

GIFT RETURNS
If you have received an item from VivaLaFrock.com.au as a gift you can return it in exchange for a credit note.
The credit note can be used to purchase on VivaLaFrock.com.au to the value of the credit note.

SIMPLE CHECKLIST FOR RETURNS / EXCHANGES
- All returns or exchanges for any particular order need to be returned in one shipment. Any subsequent returns from the same order may incur additional shipping cost.
- Please contact us advising of returned parcel and reason for return.
- Wrap all garments securely please.

FAULTY GOODS
We give a full refund on any faulty items.
In order to facilitate the return of faulty items please contact us providing the following details:
- Your Name and contact details
- Date of purchase
- Garment purchased
- Description of the fault on the garment
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged.
All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty by the team at VivaLaFrock.com.au.
