Why should I buy online at VLF?
Our aim is to provide the widest range of unique and quality dresses online.
The range we provide online will grow over time as our site grows. Currently we are a small online boutique with big plans for the near future!
Our website has been build with the busy woman in mind, so if you don't have the time or inclination to spend your weekends trailing the shops in search for that special frock, then VLF is the perfect one-stop shop for all your dress needs! We do all the hard work for you.
We also offer 10% off the in-store RRP for selected designers.

Where is your business located?
We are currently a home-based operation and are awaiting construction of the warehouse to be completed. We hope to move to our new premises in a few months time. Can I purchase direct (i.e. from your warehouse)?
Our warehouse is currently under construction and we hope will be finalised in a few months time. Once we are in our new premises direct purchases for our local Sydney clients will be available.
Can I pick-up my order directly from your warehouse if I live in Sydney?

Would you be able to source / find something that is not on your website?
If we have not stocked a dress by one your favourite designers on VLF, simply contact us and we will try to source the dress for you directly from the designer!

How do I order?
To place an order on VLF simply add the product to your shopping cart and either click on checkout option which will be displayed in your screen or use the Shopping Bag link at the top of your page.
I am not comfortable with placing an order online, what are my options?
A number of offline payment options are available for local customers (within Australia) that do not feel safe using there credit card online. More information about this is available on the contact page. ____________________________________________________________________________
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we currently ship to the following countries:
- USA
- UK
- New Zealand

How much is shipping?
Local (within Australia)
Shipping prices for local orders (within Australia) are flat-rate as at August 2007:
Australia Post Express-Post $8
You also have the option to use Toll Priority (to selected areas), rates as at August 2007 are as follows:
- NSW (all postcodes) $10
- ACT (all postcodes) $10
- Brisbane (city + Gold Coast, Toowoomba, Maroochydore) $10
- Adelaide (city postcodes only) $110
- Victoria (all postcodes) $10
- Tasmania (all postcodes) $10
International
- USA $25 AUD for one item and $40 for two items +
- UK $25 AUD for one item and $40 for two items +
- NZ $15 AUD for one item and $25 for two items +
How long does delivery take?
Local (within Australia)
Delivery via Australia Post Express Post is usually next-day to postcodes within the Express Post network otherwise please allow 3 - 5 days for postcodes outside of the network - usually regional locations.
For all International destinations we are currently shipping too, please allow 3 - 10 working days. This may vary due to customs procedures in your country of residence.

What happens if I my order is not delivered?All orders at VLF can be tracked via each of the shipping options provided for both local and international orders.
In the unlikely event you do not receive your order, you must contact us immediately and we will investigate the claim with our shipping partners. If your claim is legitimate we will refund all monies including shipping back to the original purchasers credit card. Simply contact us providing your Order #.

Do you accept returns?Yes, we accept returns of all goods if they have been undamaged and unworn when returned to us and as outlined in the returns & exchanges policy.

I am unsure about my sizing. How do I know which size to choose?
The sizing chart on the site is based on a standard mid-point between the various sizing charts by each of the designers stocked on the site and where possible we have also provided individual sizing. We will also provide additional sizing information for each product in the product description. So if a particular garment best fits a small size 10 we will provide this information in the product description. If you are still unsure please contact us prior to placing an order at mysize@VivaLaFrock.com.auWhat if it doesn't fit? Can I exchange for a different size?
If you receive your product and find that it does not fit we will gladly exchange for the correct size if it is still in stock.
At VLF we stock small quantities of each style and encourage you to contact us first prior to placing an order if you are unsure about your sizing at mysize@VivaLaFrock.com.au
If your size is unavailable, we will gladly refund all monies back to your original credit card. Shipping costs can not be refunded for both local and international orders.
If the size is available we will gladly ship the product to you with no additional shipping costs for local customers. For international customers, a discounted flat-rate fee will be charged for exchange of sizes as follows:
- USA $15AUD
- UK $15AUD
- NZ $8AUD

What if I change my mind? Do I get a refund?If you change your mind we are happy to refund all monies, deemed product is returned undamaged and unworn, but shipping costs will not be refunded for change of mind. We do not refund on sale items, we will exchange for other styles or a store credit note will be issued.

Do prices displayed on VLF include GST?All prices on VLF are in Australian dollar (AUD) and include GST.

What happens to the GST on International orders?For International customers, GST is automatically deducted during checkout. GST is the good and services TAX in Australia of 10%.

What if my garment is faulty?We give a full refund on any faulty items.
In order to facilitate the return of faulty items please contact us providing the following details:
- Your Name and contact details
- Date of purchase
- Garment purchased
- Description of the fault on the garment
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty by the team at VivaLaFrock.com.au.
Who pays the postage for returning faulty items?
At VLF we take extra care of our beautiful frocks and ensure they are examined thoroughly prior to dispatch. For each order we will place a tag on the package to inform you that the dress has been inspected for any faults prior to dispatch.
In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty product, VLF will cover all postage for returns on faulty items.

How do I update my contact and personal details?To update your personal details, simply contact us, detailing which personal information you would like to update and we will make the requested updates in the VLF database within 24 hours of receiving your request.

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter or SMS alerts?To unsubscribe simply contact us providing your Name, email address and postcode. We will unsubscribe your email address within 24-hours of receiving your request.

Do you issue gift vouchers for use on the website?Currently, we do not issue gift vouchers online on the Viva La Frock website. We can however create beautifully printed gift vouchers at your request. Please feel free to contact us and we can arrange for both printing and delivery of the voucher. Simply contact us here.
