Orders are shipped within 3-days of your payment being cleared or validated. All garments are carefully packaged and delivered securely and safely to you.

During the checkout process you have the option to nominate a preferred shipping method.

Please note that deliveries will only be made to a physical delivery address you provide during checkout.

LOCAL SHIPPING (for orders in Australia)

Currently, shipping options for local orders (order in Australia only) include Express post by Australia Post and courier via Toll Priority for selected locations.

Express post: Delivery is next day(for postcodes within the Australia Post Express Post network of postcodes, for all other postcodes please allow 3 -5 working days) - please allow for 3 days for shipping. This option is provided for customers that live outside of the Toll Priority delivery areas or within but would like a cheaper shipping option. Toll Priority scan all parcels at point of pick-up and require a signature upon delivery. 

Toll Priority: Delivery is next day by 1pm guaranteed by Courier Van for the following locations:

  • NSW
  • ACT
  • Brisbane (including Gold Coast, Toowoomba, Maroochydore)
  • Adelaide
  • Victoria
  • Tasmania

PLEASE NOTE 

If you choose to have your garment delivered by Toll Priority, you must be present at  your nominated delivery address at the time of delivery otherwise a re-delivery fee of $12 will be charged to your Viva La Frock account. We recommend that you have your garment/s delivered to work if you are unsure about being at home at the time of delivery.

The re-delivery fee is a charge that is issued by Toll Priority as per their delivery Terms & Conditions.

PLEASE ALLOW 2 DAYS MINIMUM FOR YOUR ORDER TO ARRIVE (EXPRESS OR COURIER).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For International customers, current shipping option is Australia Post International Post only.

At VLF we currently only ship to the following countries:

  • USA
  • UK
  • NZ
  • Singapore 

However, please refer back to this page as this may change in the near future.

Delivery is made to most countries within 3-10 working days; however, due to various countries Customs Procedures, we cannot assume responsibility for any delays.

For International customers, you must read and accept the following shipping agreement prior to placing an order on VivaLaFrock.com.au:
 
You are responsible for any duties, tariffs, customs charges or additional charges levied by your country of entry.

Furthermore, VivaLaFrock.com.au is not responsible for any additional charges once the items you have ordered have left Australia.  

The shipping charges will be calculated during check-out. Shipping charges do not include any individual country's customs fees, tariffs or duties. All packages will have actual value declared.

LOST GOODS

VLF takes no responsibility for the loss of good once item is scanned as received by Australia Post and/or Toll Priority.

We use express post satchels which are all individually coded and tracked, they do not require signature on delivery for your own convenience however once the parcel has arrived at the correct local distribution centre it is then scanned by Australia Post. At VLF we consider this to be a successful delivery.

The responsibility there lies with Australia Post as they have scanned and accepted the parcel into their centre and are now responsible for its delivery to you. VLF takes full responsibility for parcels lost between our distribution centre and Australia Post (so any parcels we send out they are not scanned as received by Australia Post). Full refund will then be issued in these circumstances. ____________________________________________________________________________
